Informace jsou ur\u010deny pouze pro vnit\u0159n\u00ed pot\u0159ebu org\u00e1n\u016f SV a \u00fa\u010detnictv\u00ed. Nebudou sd\u011blov\u00e1ny dal\u0161\u00edm osob\u00e1m bez p\u0159edchoz\u00edho souhlasu vlastn\u00edka. Vy\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fadaj\u016f je v\u00a0souladu s\u00a0na\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm Evropsk\u00e9ho parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2016\/679 o ochran\u011b fyzick\u00fdch osob v\u00a0souvislosti se zpracov\u00e1n\u00edm osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f a pou\u010den\u00ed subjekt\u016f \u00fadaj\u016f (GDPR).<\/p>\n<p><strong>SV a ohla\u0161ovac\u00ed povinnosti vlastn\u00edka jednotky dle \u00a7 1177 NOZ:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"odst\"><a name=\"paragraf-1177H1\"><\/a>(1) Kdo nabyl jednotku do vlastnictv\u00ed, ozn\u00e1m\u00ed to v\u010detn\u011b sv\u00e9 adresy a po\u010dtu osob, kter\u00e9 budou m\u00edt v byt\u011b dom\u00e1cnost, vlastn\u00edk\u016fm jednotek prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm osoby odpov\u011bdn\u00e9 za spr\u00e1vu domu nejpozd\u011bji do jednoho m\u011bs\u00edce ode dne, kdy se dozv\u011bd\u011bl nebo mohl dozv\u011bd\u011bt, \u017ee je vlastn\u00edkem. To obdobn\u011b plat\u00ed i v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b zm\u011bny \u00fadaj\u016f uveden\u00fdch v ozn\u00e1men\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"odst\"><a name=\"paragraf-1177H2\"><\/a>(2) Vlastn\u00edk jednotky ozn\u00e1m\u00ed bez zbyte\u010dn\u00e9ho odkladu osob\u011b odpov\u011bdn\u00e9 za spr\u00e1vu domu zm\u011bny v po\u010dtu osob, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed v byt\u011b dom\u00e1cnost a bydl\u00ed v n\u011bm po dobu, kter\u00e1 \u010din\u00ed v souhrnu nejm\u00e9n\u011b t\u0159i m\u011bs\u00edce v jednom kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edm roce. To plat\u00ed i tehdy, p\u0159enechal-li vlastn\u00edk jednotky byt k u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed jin\u00e9 osob\u011b; v takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b ozn\u00e1m\u00ed i jm\u00e9no a adresu t\u00e9to osoby.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u017d\u00e1d\u00e1me nov\u00e9 vlastn\u00edky jednotek o nahl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f a dod\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bchto dokument\u016f:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>P\u0159ed\u00e1vac\u00ed protokol se stavy v\u0161ech m\u011b\u0159idel v jednotce. Je tedy nutn\u00e9 zajistit ode\u010dty tepl\u00e9 i studen\u00e9 vody, d\u00e1le pak prov\u00e9st ode\u010det tepla na topen\u00edch. Bez nahl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed t\u011bchto \u00fadaj\u016f nebude mo\u017en\u00e9 vyhotovit regul\u00e9rn\u00ed vy\u00fa\u010dtov\u00e1n\u00ed slu\u017eeb.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Data vlo\u017een\u00ed do KN, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b kopii Vyrozum\u011bn\u00ed o proveden\u00e9m vkladu do katastru nemovitost\u00ed. Tento \u00fadaj je obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd, nebo\u0165 od tohoto data p\u0159ech\u00e1z\u00ed na nov\u00e9ho vlastn\u00edka ve\u0161ker\u00e1 pr\u00e1va a povinnosti spojen\u00e1 s vlastnictv\u00edm jednotky a z\u00e1rove\u0148 od tohoto data budou vypo\u010dteny m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159edpisy pravideln\u00fdch plateb a provedeno ro\u010dn\u00ed vy\u00fa\u010dtov\u00e1n\u00ed \u2013 Z\u00e1kon o katastru nemovitost\u00ed (katastr\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1kon).<br \/><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Po\u010det bydl\u00edc\u00edch osob a kontaktn\u00ed \u00fadaje na bydl\u00edc\u00ed osoby.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Vyplnit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.svjbrandlova.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/Zmena-vlastnika.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dotazn\u00edk<\/a> a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.svjbrandlova.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/Formular.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kontaktn\u00ed \u00fadaje<\/a>.<\/strong> Formul\u00e1\u0159e se stahuj\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>V\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 informace za\u0161lete pros\u00edm e-mailem spr\u00e1vci na\u0161eho SV, kter\u00fdm je <a title=\"Odkaz na na\u0161i spr\u00e1vcovskou firmu.\" href=\"https:\/\/www.paragrafs.cz\/\">Paragrafs \u2013 divize III., s.r.o.<\/a>\u00a0a d\u00e1le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.svjbrandlova.cz\/?page_id=780\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">V\u00fdboru SV<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Na z\u00e1klad\u011b v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch podklad\u016f V\u00e1m spr\u00e1vce vystav\u00ed eviden\u010dn\u00ed list s\u00a0m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00edmi p\u0159edpisy plateb a pot\u0159ebn\u00fdmi \u00fadaji o pravideln\u00fdch platb\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Z\u00e1rove\u0148 \u017e\u00e1d\u00e1me v\u0161echny majitele o kontrolu nahl\u00e1\u0161en\u00fdch e-mail\u016f a telefonn\u00edch \u010d\u00edsel, jeliko\u017e korespondence prob\u00edh\u00e1 p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b elektronicky. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u011bkujeme za spolupr\u00e1ci a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b jak\u00fdchkoli dotaz\u016f, t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se na\u0161eho domu, se pros\u00edm obracejte na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paragrafs.cz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">spr\u00e1vce na\u0161eho SV<\/a> nebo na <a href=\"http:\/\/www.svjbrandlova.cz\/?page_id=103\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">V\u00fdbor SV<\/a>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 R\u00e1di bychom V\u00e1s informovali, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd vlastn\u00edk je povinen ve\u0161ker\u00e9 zm\u011bny (prodej, koup\u011b, p\u0159evod, podn\u00e1jem, zm\u011bnu p\u0159\u00edjmen\u00ed, kontaktn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f aj.) ozn\u00e1mit v\u00fdboru SV. (2) Vlastn\u00edk jednotky ozn\u00e1m\u00ed bez zbyte\u010dn\u00e9ho odkladu osob\u011b odpov\u011bdn\u00e9 za spr\u00e1vu domu zm\u011bny v po\u010dtu osob, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed v byt\u011b dom\u00e1cnost a bydl\u00ed v n\u011bm po dobu, kter\u00e1 \u010din\u00ed v souhrnu nejm\u00e9n\u011b t\u0159i m\u011bs\u00edce v jednom kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edm roce. Je tedy nutn\u00e9 zajistit ode\u010dty tepl\u00e9 i studen\u00e9 vody, d\u00e1le pak prov\u00e9st ode\u010det tepla na topen\u00edch. Tento \u00fadaj je obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd, nebo\u0165 od tohoto data p\u0159ech\u00e1z\u00ed na nov\u00e9ho vlastn\u00edka ve\u0161ker\u00e1 pr\u00e1va a povinnosti spojen\u00e1 s vlastnictv\u00edm jednotky a z\u00e1rove\u0148 od tohoto data budou vypo\u010dteny m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159edpisy pravideln\u00fdch plateb a provedeno ro\u010dn\u00ed vy\u00fa\u010dtov\u00e1n\u00ed \u2013 Z\u00e1kon o katastru nemovitost\u00ed (katastr\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1kon). Po\u010det bydl\u00edc\u00edch osob a kontaktn\u00ed \u00fadaje na bydl\u00edc\u00ed osoby. Vyplnit dotazn\u00edk a kontaktn\u00ed \u00fadaje. Formul\u00e1\u0159e se stahuj\u00ed. V\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 informace za\u0161lete pros\u00edm e-mailem spr\u00e1vci na\u0161eho SV, kter\u00fdm je Paragrafs \u2013 divize III., s.r.o.\u00a0a d\u00e1le V\u00fdboru SV. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch podklad\u016f V\u00e1m spr\u00e1vce vystav\u00ed eviden\u010dn\u00ed list s\u00a0m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00edmi p\u0159edpisy plateb a pot\u0159ebn\u00fdmi \u00fadaji o pravideln\u00fdch platb\u00e1ch. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 \u017e\u00e1d\u00e1me v\u0161echny majitele o kontrolu nahl\u00e1\u0161en\u00fdch e-mail\u016f a telefonn\u00edch \u010d\u00edsel, jeliko\u017e korespondence prob\u00edh\u00e1 p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b elektronicky.
